Located in Barnard 109, the Student Computing Help Center is staffed by Technical Assistants who can help with 49er Express and Novell account login, printing and answer technical questions about using computer lab software. TAs are available to assist students with technical problems in the open computer labs
in Friday and Fretwell and in the Help Center in Barnard.
49er Express provides simple and convenient access to University services, however there are times when the system may be unavailable due to scheduled updates or unexpected outages.
The following services have "Direct Access" links, so if they are not impacted by an outage, you can login to these services outside of 49er Express.
Student Computing works with the Office of Disability Services to provide assistive technology that can make technology more accessible for students. Equipment and software is available to assist students with vision or hearing impairments, motor or orthopedic impairments or learning disabilities.
