You can use the computers in the labs by logging into the Novell network with with your NinerNET account .

After you login you get access to software applications, a high speed Internet connection and your H:\ drive.

Fretwell Lab Hours

Fretwell 321 lab is open and a Technical Assistant is available:

Monday - Thursday
Friday

8AM - 8PM
8AM - 5PM

Check the lab updates and outages for schedule changes.

Software for the visually impaired is available in Barnard 108 and 109b. Windows Magnifier is available in all Barnard labs. Get more information about assistive technology.

Get Help

Students get technical assistance from the Student Computing Help Center. Visit the Help Center in Barnard, call 704-687-6400 or submit your problem to the HelpDesk Online and a Technical Assistant will help.

Check the ITS Message Center for system alerts and the scheduled outages for additional information.
